Services

Servicing is very important if you want your vehicle to be reliable, economical and environmentally friendly. I offer two types of service along side the vehicle manufacture recommended service.

I provide:

It not only prevents major wear of engines and turbo parts, but also gives pre-warning of any pending faults such as brake failure, dangerous tyres etc which may otherwise go un-noticed.

Oil and filter change, new spark plugs (petrol), new air filter, new filter (diesels), top up all levels, remove all wheels to inspect, clean, adjust and report on brakes, check steering, suspension for wear, check tyres for wear, damage and pressures, check underside of vehicle, check and adjust fan belts, check and fix lights. Fill out and stamp service record book. Some vehicles also require pollen filters and fuel filters (petrol) at certain intervals.

Interim Service:

Oil & filter change, check front brakes, check steering, suspension, tyres, top-up all levels, check and fix lights, check and adjust fan belts. Fill-out and stamp service book.

Vehicle manufacturers nowadays specify longer intervals between servicing, this is to make their vehicles more attractive to fleet buyers. However, if you want your engine to last, I recommend you have a service at least once a year, more often if you do more mileage. I only use top brand named parts and lubricants, which meet a minimum of original equipment quality.
